AND/OR:

  • LinkedIn profile and/or other employment information. If retired or unemployed, please detail this in your message and we will find another way.

OPTIONAL:

  • One or more provider references for those you’ve seen in the last year.

Initial inquiries are handled by my assistant Brittany. Once a date is confirmed, you and I can speak directly.

If I feel we’re a good match and you’ve followed my screening instructions, you’ll receive a response by email within 24 business hours. (Be sure to check your spam folder!)

Lastly, please note that as a security measure for us both, Brittany and I endeavor to correspond only with other Proton Mail email addresses.
